These terms govern your use of Circuit, a platform operated by AADV Entertainment Private Limited, India (“we”, “us”). By using Circuit you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Circuit is
Circuit lets organisers of college fests and events sell passes, take registrations and manage entry, and lets attendees sign up for them. Events are organised by their organisers, not by us, and organisers are responsible for their own events and the information they publish.
Your account
You agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us straight away at vedant@aadv.in if you think your account has been misused.
Using Circuit properly
You agree not to:
- use Circuit for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- impersonate anyone or give false information;
- interfere with, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- copy, scrape or reverse engineer any part of Circuit.
Fees and payments
Applicable fees are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment partners, and their terms also apply to your payment.
Our content
The Circuit name, logo, design and software belong to AADV Entertainment Private Limited. You may not use them without our written permission. Content that organisers publish belongs to them.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
Circuit is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Circuit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Circuit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
