This policy explains what personal information Circuit collects, why, and what we do with it. Circuit is operated by AADV Entertainment Private Limited, India (“we”, “us”). By using Circuit you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, college, and anything you enter when you sign up or register for an event.
- Payment information, which is handled by our payment partners. We do not store your full card or bank details.
- Usage information, such as device and browser type, IP address, and the pages you visit, collected automatically so the service works and stays secure.
How we use it
- To run your account and the events you register for.
- To send you tickets, confirmations and updates about those events.
- To keep Circuit secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To understand how Circuit is used and improve it.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the organisers of the fests and events you register for, so they can run them. We also use trusted service providers for hosting, payments and email, who may only use your data to provide those services to us. We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by writing to vedant@aadv.in. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
